1. Boat Drivers:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Fluent in Portuguese
Preferable:
- Experience in boat maintenance and upkeep
- Experience with diesel engines very helpful
- Basic medical knowledge
Commitment:
- 1-2 year requirement
2. Evangelism and health workers:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Fluent in Portuguese (would consider Spanish-speaker)
- Willing to live on a boat and work in the jungle
Preferable:
- Vegetarian Cooking experience helpful

3. General Mechanic:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Ability to upkeep various forms of transportation & equipment (boats, cars, lawnmowers, etc.)
Preferable:
- Experience in boat maintenance and upkeep
- Experience with diesel engines extremely helpful

4. Operational Base Coordinator:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Leadership ability – (must be able to work with people and assign them jobs).
- Organized (keep tools organized and organize daily work)
- Time management ability
- Visionary (upkeep and improvement of base)
- Driver’s license (ability to run errands in town and pick up volunteers)
- Maintenance Experience
Preferable:
- Bilingual (English & Portuguese)
- Gardening experience
Commitment:
- 1-2 year minimum
5. Administrative Secretary:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Translation and writing skills
Commitment:
1-2 year minimum
6. Agricultural Director:
Required:
- Dedicated to the Lord’s work
- Ability to maintain the garden at the base
- Ability to teach agriculture at the School of Evangelism
Preferable:
- Experience with agriculture in sandy areas.
- Experience with teaching
Commitment:
- 1-2 year minimum preferred
